My neighborhood has regulations about putting antennas on my roof. Do I need permission? Community associations, such as homeowners’ associations, do not have the authority to regulate the installation of wireless devices on a private residence (FCC amendment 00-366 pertaining to Section 207 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996).
